TRUUsT is excited to announce a partnership with the Unitarian Universalist Ministers Association (UUMA) on their new Ministerial Formation Program, which is being piloted from November 2016 through June 2017.
The Ministerial Formation Network is a joint UUMA/UUA program developed by a team representing the UUMA, UUA staff, and our two UU seminaries. Its purpose is to support every UU ministerial aspirant and candidate, and it’s designed to focus on discernment support, collegiality, and training and education.
Every aspirant and candidate for the ministry will be eligible to participate in the network when it is fully launched, but for the pilot year, up to seven circles are testing the program, including several regional circles and a few circles of groups that have historically had less access to ministry support, including a circle of trans people.
Find out more about the pilot program, and if you are an aspirant or a candidate for Unitarian Universalist ministry and you identify as trans, non-binary, or otherwise have a non-cisgender identity, please apply! The deadline for participant applications is October 31, 2016.
Please note that all trans, non-binary, and otherwise non-cisgender UU aspirants and candidates are also eligible to become members of TRUUsT. Join us!
